As a documentary and portrait photographer, Daniel Silbert focuses on capturing the essence and story of individuals in a candid and authentic manner. Daniel’s style blends portrait photography with documentary techniques to reveal deeper narratives and context about his subjects. With his open heart, Daniel creates timeless photographs for his clients both digitally and on film using his Leica cameras. Relying on his intuition and deviating from the pack, Daniel has developed his own voice behind the lens.
Over the course of two days, Daniel will share creative and technical advice designed to help you refine your ability to make beautiful and meaningful photographs, even in challenging conditions. This workshop will ignite your passion and have you feeling inspired and more confident to make photographs wherever and whenever a moment should arise.

Who Should attend this workshop:
Amateur and Professional Photographers who are looking to expand their knowledge and experience when it comes to Documentary and Portrait Photography. This course will give you confidence to approach your subjects in a more natural and Documentary style.
What should you know before taking this course:
A Leica camera is not required to take this class. We will have a variety of Leica Cameras and lenses available to try as well as some L-Mount lenses. This workshop is a great opportunity for you to explore and try different lenses.
Participants should have a basic knowledge of photography and ability to use their camera. Come with an open mind and eagerness to learn, and this course will unlock new photographic possibilities.
