Information on order processing, delivery, and returns.

Shipping

Order Processing

  • Please allow 1 to 3 business days for order processing.
  • Orders process Monday through Friday. Weekend orders begin the next business day.
  • Additional time may apply during holidays.
  • Orders cannot be canceled or modified once placed.
  • Awaiting Shipment means your order is being processed and packed. Your status will update to Shipped once UPS takes possession, and tracking information will be emailed automatically.
  • Tracking is sent once UPS scans the shipment.

Shipping Services

  • UPS is our exclusive carrier within the United States.
  • Free Ground shipping on orders over $100.
  • Expedited shipping affects transit time only, not processing.
  • Shipping speed cannot be changed after checkout.
  • UPS Access Point delivery is available for secure pickup.
  • Spare batteries ship Ground only and are not available to Alaska or Hawaii.

Delivery & Signature

  • Signature is required for all deliveries.
  • We do not ship to PO boxes, hotels, or forwarding centers.
  • Manage delivery through UPS My Choice .
  • After three attempts, packages are returned and refunded.

Product Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  • A full refund will be issued only if the original packaging is unopened and in brand new condition.
  • If an item is opened, used, damaged, or returned without all original packaging and contents, a restocking fee of up to 15% may be applied.
  • Items that have been opened must be in new condition, in their original box and include all undamaged packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals and all accessories. Items may not have been registered.
  • We reserve the right to decline a return if it does not meet our policy requirements. If a return cannot be processed, the item will be shipped back to the original shipping address on the order.
