Do you accept Pre-Orders or Back Orders?
Unfortunately, we do not accept pre-orders or back-orders. Please Contact Us with new product inquiries, or contact your local Leica Store, Leica Boutique, or Leica Authorized Dealer. Use our Dealer Locator to find your nearest Leica retail location. Be sure to Subscribe to Our Newsletter, so you can stay informed about new products.
Do you sell Limited Edition Leica products online?
Yes, unless otherwise noted at launch, Limited Edition items will be available online. Subscribe to Our Newsletter to be notified about Limited Edition Leica products.
Do you sell pre-owned items online?

Orders
How much do you charge for shipping?
UPS Ground Shipping is complimentary on all orders over $100. The option to purchase expedited shipping is available at checkout. If you have specific shipping requests, please Contact Us. Be advised that not all expedited shipping services are available in certain areas. Visit our Shipping & Returns page for more information.
Do you deliver to P.O. Boxes?
Unfortunately, UPS does not deliver to PO Box addresses. The shipping address must be a residential or business address. Visit our Shipping & Returns page here for more information.
I ordered the wrong item. Can I cancel my order?
You may be able to cancel an order within the first few minutes of placing it. After that, canceling orders may not be possible and you may have to wait to receive the item in order to initiate a return. Please call us at 1-800-480-5422 to request an order cancellation. If contacting us outside of business hours, please submit an email request via the Contact Us page.
Can I exchange an item I purchased online for a different item?
No. You will need to return the unwanted item and place a new order for the item you want instead.
Returns
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 7 days or receiving the order with original sales receipt. Items must be in new condition, in their original box and include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals and all accessories. Products must not be registered. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee should any of these conditions not be met. We reserve the right to apply a Final Sale if there is evidence of serial purchase and return activity. Can I return items purchased online in a Leica store?
No. Items purchased online must be received by our fulfillment center for a refund to be issued. Visit our Shipping & Returns page for more information.
I received an incorrect or damaged item. How do I proceed?
In the unlikely event an item is damaged in transit, or an incorrect item is received, please Contact Us to let us know of the event and proceed to return the item. A refund will be issued to the original form of payment upon receipt of the incorrect or damaged item. Please note that our Return Policy still applies to incorrectly received items. Items must be in new condition, in their original box and include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals and all accessories. Products must not be registered. I am interested in an item, but don’t know for sure if I’m ready to purchase it. Do you offer rentals?
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer rentals. Use our Dealer Locator to find your nearest Leica retailer, where you may be able to handle the item(s) you are interested in in person.

How do I register my Leica product?
To register your Leica, please login to or create your Leica Account. After creating an account, you can proceed to register your Leica product(s). Please note: Only serialized Leica items can be registered.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, and PayPal. We will never ask for your credit card information over the phone or via email.
Can I pay in installments?
Unfortunately, we do not accept installment payments or offer any financing at this time.
