Laura Roumanos (she/her/hers) is a Lebanese Creative Producer hailing from Australia, serving as the co-Founder of Photoville, a non-profit organization devoted to cultivating a wide, diverse audience for visual storytelling by producing a free annual photo festival in NYC, activating public spaces, and connecting artists to a worldwide audience through educational programming and community events. Laura graduated from the prestigious National Institute of Dramatic Arts in Sydney, Australia and worked as a Theatrical and Events Producer before making the big move to NYC 18 years ago. Since then, Laura has worked in New York for the Manhattan Theatre Club, St. Ann’s Warehouse, Creative Time, The Future of StoryTelling, and the World Science Festival, in general management and senior producing roles respectively. Laura has also produced several large scale theatrical shows for creatives such as Karen O, Bryce Dessner, Richard Reed Parry, Spike Jonze, Opening Ceremony and the Brooklyn Youth Chorus. For the past 10 years, Laura has co-produced the New York Photography Portfolio Reviews with the New York Times and also continues to consult, manage, and produce numerous theatrical shows, events and public programs, in addition to teaching the Business of Art course at the NYU Tisch School. She is currently the Senior Creative Producer at Meta producing Instagram’s @design account. Laura has built a reputation in the New York Arts scene as someone to go to for consultation and advice regarding public art and multi-disciplinary projects and events across all mediums. |

Mary McCartney is a world renowned photographer, film-maker and sustainable food pioneer. As a leading British creative, her work covers multiple disciplines, but is always rooted in her passion for impactful storytelling. As a portrait and fine art photographer, McCartney’s work has been featured globally, with exhibitions taking place in London, New York, San Francisco and France and in 2015 was invited by Buckingham Palace to take the official photograph to mark Queen Elizabeth II becoming the longest reigning Monarch. Her work is held in major private and public permanent collections including the Victoria and Albert Museum, London; the National Portrait Gallery, London; The Royal Academy, London; and the Fondation d’entreprise Hermès, Paris, and has been commissioned by leading publications including National Geographic, British Vogue and GQ. In 2023, McCartney’s first feature documentary If These Walls Could Sing, the untold story of the Abbey Road Studios 90 year history, was selected to premiere at The Telluride Film Festival. Streaming globally on Disney+ and was nominated for a Critics Choice Documentary Award. McCartney is a multi- published author, with a range of fine art photography books available from globally renowned publishers including, HENI, Thames & Hudson and Chatto & Windus. Combining her passion for food and publishing, her latest book Feeding Creativity, published by TASCHEN is a unique hybrid coffee table, portrait and recipe book, featuring favourite recipes for friends, family, and members of the creative community. |

Eva Woolridge (she/her) stands at the forefront of contemporary photography and filmmaking, blending her Black- American/Chinese American heritage into a vivid exploration of femininity's intricacies. As one of the first Leica Women in Foto Award recipients since its inception in 2019, Woolridge has exhibited her compelling work internationally, with showcases in Berlin, Brazil, Washington State, Boston, and Washington D.C. Her lens has caught the attention of renowned publications such as The New York Times, Rolling Stone, Harper's Bazaar, and The Boston Globe, solidifying her presence as a groundbreaking artist. Recent exhibitions, including "29 Million Dreams" in NYC and The Boston Leica Gallery, foreshadow an upcoming show at the Leica Gallery in Miami in 2024. Woolridge's art extends beyond galleries, finding a place in the collections of private art enthusiasts internationally, including the Instagram NYC Headquarters and auctioned at the Massachusetts Arts and Design College. A tireless advocate, Woolridge is a public speaker who addresses racial disparities in photography through workshops and seminars at such institutions as the historical Schomburg Center of Harlem Research, Leica Akademie and Photoville in 2023. In 2020 Woolridge sat on the Diversity Advisory Council for Fuji Cameras of North America. Adding to her impactful presence, Woolridge has delivered a Tedx Talk, showcasing her insights and further solidifying her influence. As a queer woman of color, she continues to shape a new, inclusive narrative of feminine energy, and social justice using her art to comment on and transcend societal norms. |
