About the Author and the Leica M-System
Craig Semetko began his career as a comedy writer and performer before turning to
photography as another form of storytelling. Today he is known for his distinctive street
photography, combining sharp observation with subtle humor and empathy. Much of his
work is created with the Leica M-System, whose intuitive handling allows him to capture
spontaneous moments as they happen.
